Are you hoping to make changes in your lifestyle to overcome the challenges you are currently facing?
This “Well-Being/Wellness; an introduction” course will provide you with practical ideas, tools and techniques within an established framework; designed to make positive changes to your daily life.
This short on-line course is for beginners/improvers; suitable for anyone who is open-minded enough to change, personally or professionally.
The course considers the emotional, spiritual and intellectual
aspects of daily life, alongside other factors such as physical and social elements.
Ideas for sustaining these changes by incorporating them into your daily routine will also be provided. Throughout the course we will nurture the need to self-care, navigate and understand our emotions in order to communicate
compassionately with them.
